Aphabetizing names with McC?

Here are the names:

meehan

merchant

mcCauly

McCain

do you start the McC 's after the regular M 's or do you integrate it using the McC ?

All letters need to be in lowercase format...and then arrange them in alphabetical order.

I've seen it done both ways.... never really knew the correct way.   but as long as all the Mc's are together, it should be fine... just make sure McAllen is before McBayer, then McCauly, etc....
