Apparently Princess Anne has been given a letter from the Queen?

to present to Brian Ashton who will read it to the team. Considering that Princess Anne has always supported Scotland I think its a bit rich!

So, some highly paid employee wrote a letter, which was edited by another and then taken by another to another who presented it to the queen, who signed it. It then followed an equal arduous path until it reached the hands of princess Anne who will eventually give it to Ashton who will then read it to the team. A bit rich, indeed.



South Africa's president, Thabo Mbeki, is flying out to France where he will meet and chat to the players before the match.

Go figure.

Princess Anne supported Scottish schoolboy rugby because her son was on the team. She has attended many England games as well. The Letter is from the QUEEN not the Princess. The Queen is monarch of the UK which includes England, Scotalnd and Wales.

What got me was the PM (A Scotsman) saying well done to the team - like he supports them!
