I've been trying to get into a more healthy eating and exercising regimen. I'm exercising more and also heard that taking Apple Cider Vinegar could help me lose weight and feel better overall. I'm not sure I have all the correct details of how to take it and when. I have regular apple cider vinegar from the grocery store. I don't like the taste very much so I decided that a standard shot (1.2 oz) at night would do the trick. I've heard you should take 2 tbs before each meal. Do I have the right stuff?Am I taking it right or would I benefit more from taking it throughout the day?Any information is helpful.
