Apple MacBook Back to School Deal..?

Question

Apple offers an annual deal where you buy a Mac and get a free iPod. However, is this offered to high school students?

And, if it isn't, would it be possible for my sister (she's a senior) to go through a teacher at her high school and buy it?

We're thinking ahead, because she has about $1800 in her bank account (my mom plans to pay for the rest of her laptop as a Christmas/grad/b-day present) and will have to file the FAFSA this year.
