Question:

Apple cider vinegar - any luck with backaches/vertigo ?

I just bought my first bottle of apple cider vinegar and am excited about trying it the first thing tomorrow.

1) I couldn't get the organic one and got the American Garden's brand which is clear without the mother stuff. Is that okay?

2) I've been suffering from chronic back/leg muscle aches and vertigo. Anyone who has had positive results from using ACV for these problems, pl. share your experience.

  1. Since nobody has answered yet, I'll toss in my two cents.

Apple Cider Vinegar is a really good cleanser... but that's about it. It has great benefits for cleaning your digestive tract and cleaning out your whole system (which can impact other parts of your body), but I've never heard of anyone using it for back/leg aches or Vertigo.

If you're having trouble with your muscles, you could try Magnesium, Potassium (bananas are your best bet), or some homeopathic products ("Leg Cramps with Quinine" comes to mind). You could also try Vinpocetine for overall dizziness as some people have told me they were using it for Vertigo. Good luck!
