If I were you, I would not use Apple Cider Vinegar, but Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE). This is a formidable and very safe remedy against all types of worms in humans and animals alike.

For adults:

Take 15 to 30 drops of GSE in a glass of water (or warmish tea - not hot as heat destroys the properties of GSE) 3 times a day after meals.

It's bitter stuff, and warm tea makes it loose some of that bitterness. Children should also take it in a warm drink of their choice.

Children

For babies, 1 drop of GSE with a little fennel tea, anise tea, likorice tea or star anise tea. Give 3 times a day.

For a child 2 to 5 years old: 5 drops of GSE in the same type of tea or whatever they like. (They love likorice or star anise tea!).

From 7 years old you can start giving 10 to 20 drops of GSE 3 times a day. Same type of tea or whatever the child prefers to drink warm.

Animals: (might as well give the whole recipe. Someone might like to know!)
