Apple iPhone 3G warranty?

okay, i bought the new iPhone 2 weeks ago, and i've noticed a couple things wrong, so please tell me if you think i could trade mine in for a

new one

what's wrong:

when it's plugged into the charger the home button doesn't work right.

it freezes and quits safari after about 10 minutes, sometimes quicker if i'm doing a lot of stuff on it.

the speakers will randomly stop working

sometimes it won't ring, like when i get a text, but it will ring when i get a call, and when i go to settings to see if i have text ringer on, it always is.

the keyboard freezes up a lot on the text screen

are any of those worthy of getting a new one?

  1. apple gives you 1 free year of in hardware support with every iphone 3G. if you phone apple cust. support, you should be able to get it fixed


  2. Yes. it does sound like there is a device issue going on.  You might try a device reset first by doing this:  Press & hold Home key and then the power button on top of device and hold them both down until the Apple logo appears.  If problems continue then contact Apple at 1-800-My-iPhone
