Apple iPod Touch vs iPhone?

On an ipod touch does the internet and weather cost you?

becuase on the iphone all these things cost money, so i was wondering on the ipod touch, do you have to pay when you use things like the internet? i have wireless at home, so can some body just tell me if it cost or not?

becuase you dont have an account like a phone when you have an ipod?
