Apple ipod frozen?? help?

we have 2 apple ipods and they both froze. one is frozen while on and one is froze while off. is their any way to reset it

plug them into a charger. if that doesnt work try holding down the middle button and the play button- it resets them

mine does that ALL THE TIME!!

one thing u can do is take it to the apple store and they can check it out for u and if u have a warranty they will give u a new ipod for free!

or u can usually plug ur ipod into itunes and it unfreezes...

if u go on apple.com they have ways to reset it on there!!

when i reset mine i click the center button and the play/pause button at the same time-but hold it!! dont just click and let go... u have to hold down those two buttons!!!!

sometimes iahve to hold down the center and play/pause button and then after that i have to hold down the center and the menu button!!!

u can try any of this stuff... but u should prolly take it in to apple if u keep having problems with it...

i got my ipod mini like 4 yrs ago. the week after i got it it broke... it wasnt my fault!! apple said that my ipod had a bad battery so they gave me a brand new ipod mini for free right on the spot... my ipod minis kept braking... one alwaysd froze then others had bad battery then one had this and that- i eventually had 6 ipod minis... the i upgraded to an ipod nano b/c my mini was bad luck and my warranty was messed up! my dad ended up taking the nano from me b/c i wanted a video ipod and his ipod was broken so he bought me a video ipod and i gave him my nano. now im on the 9th ipod right here... and then i won a new silver ipod nano in a raffle. so now ive had 10 ipods. my new nano and video still work i have them to this day! but my nano freezes QUITE often and my video ipod freezes and i cant fix it unless i plug it in to itunes and also the crystals in the screen are leaking!! so im might be going to the apple store soon to replace my video... i had like a 2 year warranty so hopefully theyll give me a new one!!
