Apple ipod problem???

Question

So my friends ipod just froze and we can't get it to unfreeze. We tried pushing the buttons on it a few times and plugging in into the computer. Any suggestions?

I have had this problem before. The solution is very simple: First turn on your iPod and make sure that the HOLD button is not on. Then, hold down the CENTER and the MENU buttons at the same time. This should unfreeze your iPod. I hope this helps.

iv had this happen multiple times if your ipod freezes randomly hold the middle button and the menu button at the same time it should shut off and then press the menu button to restart it

Hold the menu and centre buttons at the same time for about 7 seconds so it resets.

there is a way to reset it its the menu buttom and pause hit them at the same time and hold it untill a apple pops up

if it's an ipod classic, press menu and center button simultaneously. If that doesn't work, try restoring the ipod.

hey this happened to me before and what you do is you hold down the center and menu button down for a while and see if that works. If it doesn't just let it stay on until it dies out of battery then put it on the charger and it will work

This happened to me before! Hold the middle button and the top bottom at the SAME time and keep holding it until it comes back. If that doesn't work, try holding the middle button and the bottom button at the same time- I don't remember which it was.
