Apple sucks?

Question

ever since i went to my utilities and then i went in to my disk utilities and used verify isk permision then repair disk permission then i did verify disk it told me it needed to be repair ever since that my internet started actin up soooo if anyone can help it would be awesome right now the only way i am able to go on line only if its wired but the wireless comes and goes and it's very week soo hope someone can help me thanks ohh and i was trying to make my computer faster because it was running slow i have apple powerbook g4 1.5 10.4.11

oooh and when i called apple they told they charge me 50 bucks to look at it not fix it but look at it and may be then if they thought they could fix it they would those aholes well if any one can help itd be apriciated peace!

Yes, the support does suck.  good luck at the genius bar too, bring a book.

if you go to the apple store genius bar, they won't charge you

You can make an appointment online at apple.com to your store beforehand, too, so that you can get there just in time for them to be about ready for you
