They Are both good but ruby tuesdays is very expensive their plates are like 17.99 each and desserts are like 6.00 and up for me my husband and our 3 kids(whom all had a kids meals that were like 8.00) we spent nearly 100.00 dollars on one meal

I lean toward Applebee's simply because they have a lot more lighter menu options.  Also, we didn't have a Ruby's until very recently, so it hasn't had time to become one of our regular places.

Applebees... they have a greater variety of menu and lunch deals.

Also, their margaritas are better!

lol, funny question!

i used to work at applebee's so i guess my opinion on them isn't legit. of course i ate their food all the time and i'm sick of it by now. but! they have some new items, like mini burgers and southwestern rolls and stuff that are really good. plus they have an awesome happy hour (2-4-1) ..

ruby tuesday's used to be not-so-good, but they've changed their menu up and a lot of stores are remodeled and everything. plus they have a bangin' salad bar and drink specials every day!

I have to go wiht Applebee's on this one.  They have the better choices in food.  Plus, I think the drinks are much better and the service is much better at Applebees......

I dine out a lot! I choose Ruby Tuesdays.......I love the selection, being that I only eat fish as far as meat goes I love the tilapia w/ rice and veggies! My friends eat different things so they love the ribs and burgers.....that way everyone is happy.  Not too thrilled with the Applebee's menu , although I am digging their veggie patch pizza! As far as drinks, not really impressed by either! I go to Chili's for the margaritas!

Never been to Ruby Tuesdays heard they were good there so I would say Ruby... I think Applebees is nasty.

ruby tuesday's! they have a better menu, better tasting food, and better prices for their food. Applebees overcharges and the quality of their food is not worth paying for.

Well food's better at Applebee's but then service isn't too good lazy waiter and waitresses. But it's your choice, good food lousy service or sorta ok food and good service.
