  1. banana's are best in the morning,

full of potassium and very filling

apples, oranges and other acidic fruits i'd leave til later

otherwise you may have tummyache :)

  2. bannana's

  3. Bananas, also great for hangovers as they are full of potassium

  4. bananas- lots of potassium

  5. there all pretty good to have.you could make a fruit salad out of them and you will get all the vitamens you need

  6. A green apple works better than coffee in the morning. A smoothie combining various fruits works best for me.

  7. all of them because they carry different nutrients that your body needs

  8. Banana for me. I just love it.

  9. i don't think there's "a best" thing in general for everyone. there might be a best thing for a certain person on a certain morning, but no one can really know that besides that person. one has to be "in contact" with one's real needs (not manufactured needs by the culture or commercial interests or "experts") in order to find that out.

i'd also suggest looking into the food recommendations by ayur-veda (literally "knowledge of life") which is remarkable in its ability to see the different "types" of human and does not make generalization as what is good or bad for everyone. one man's poison is another's nectar, and even the same person could react totally differently to the same substance at different times of the day, year or life cycle.

one last remark, no matter what it is that is "suitable" for you, it is greatly advisable to eat the foods that can grow at your local area and avoid the ones that can't, for a number of reasons: first, your body has the ability to best utilise foods that are not foreign to the environment in which it is living. it will run into a lot more difficulties with foreign foods.

second, fruit and veg. that are not grown locally and are shipped into your area are picked from the tree/bush/vine when unripe so that they can "survive" the journey to a different part of the planet. if you've ever eaten a ripe tomato straight from the vine or a ripe banana from the tree, then you probably already know how much less tasty and nutritious a fruit/veg. is when picked unripe. but unfortunately we have become accustomed to eating foods that weren't allowed to go through their whole ripining goodness, so we believe that this lack of nutrients and taste is normal. it is not!

lastly, foods that are not local to your environment take an enormous toll in terms of the infrastructure needed to get them to you.

a clue - bananas won't grow in the uk.... :)

    hope this helps
