It's fantastic fun!  Best with four or more people, but the endless combinations ensure that it never gets old.  You'll be happy you got it!

technically, it's not a board game.  It's a card game.  That aside, it's enjoyable.

someone produces an adjective card and the other players have to pick a noun card amongst their hand that best reflects that adjective.  The unique thing with the game is that the person who picks the best noun card to go with the adjective can be completely subjective about it, so part of winning in addition to luck is also knowing the person or being able to read him.

E.g., someone will always give the point for screaming monkeys b/c he's a monkey person

e.g.2 someone chooses "gym" for "cleanliness" over "cat" b/c his gym actually keeps their own place VERY clean.

Some neat thigns about the game are:

--easy to get into.  There aren't a whole slew of rules like with.... Chess or Poker

--U don't need to be a vocab whiz.  All the adjectives and nouns have descriptions (so you don't need to look up words like pretentious or people like Elvis Presley)

--witty comments and remarks on the cards

I think it is fun. My favorite version is crab apples where you put a card the opposite of what you have to.it is a good investment. have fun.

I love it, there are some blank cards to fill in your own words my nephew put in some real funny ones.

What other games do you like?  This is a great party game (with at least 4 people...but the more the better!).  It also requires that all players be able to read (ie, no small children).

There is a "Jr." version with a bit easier words.

It's a fun game for people with a bit of a linguistically creative bent.  If you like to make odd connections between words, for example...

its a really fun game when played with a lot of people or a small group of people! haha. i hope you get it! i think cranium, and taboo are also fun!
