  1. Apples and applesauce can cause lose stools. Try to give something like rice, bananas, or even cereal to her. Make sure that she is getting plenty to drink as long as the diarrhea is there.

  2. Applesauce and apples are gassy and make diarrhea worse.  Try rice cereal.

  3. Try bland starchy foods. Mashed potatoes would be ideal. Avoid juicy fruits like plums or apples (although I've heard apples are good for diharrea, I have not found this to be helpful). Remember to make sure that she drinks TONS of water. It is very easy, especially for young kids to get dehydrated from diharrea and then that compromises your immune system making the diharrea last even longer.

  4. Apples make you go more. Try giving her bananas. Those will help to bind her up more.

  5. Do the BRAT diet.

    Bananas, rice, apples, toast.

  6. i used apples to loosen my son up try bananas they will bind him better or rice

  7. I would highly doubt it. When my baby was constipated I gave him apple sauce to loosen him up. I would think that it is something else.

  8. clear with RED?  Call your doctor or go to the ER.  I have 3 children and there is no reason not to go.  Don't panic but you should go.  Good luck!  I have 2 yr old too.  Just try to get her to eat some crackers and drink pedialyte or gingerale in the mean time.
