Application for pan card?

Question

I am from bangalore i applied online for pan card i didnot deposited the pan fees in bank becoz of correction in birth date but later i got to know that i can deposit the same later we can apply for the corrected pan card, now the problem is that it is passed for 15 days from the date of application nd they instruct that the application should be submitted within 15days, what should i do whether i can deposit or should i wait to cancel the application.
