Application form?

I think I've messed up an application form for boots the chemist. Scale of 1-5. 1 completely agree, 5 complerely disagree. They asked me whether I liked working in a team and I only put 4 (mostly true) and I know they're big on team work there...but for like all the teamwork questions I just put 4...or may a couple of 5s....

It wouldn't put them off would it?

i wouldnt worry about it...if they had a question, say, if a customer asks u a discreet medical question and they ask u if u should you repeat it loudly for the whole store to hear...if u say yes...youve got the job!!!
