Application form questions...?

by  |  earlier

0 LIKES UnLike

on an job application form that i am currently filling in it has a section called 'you describing you'

it has questions such as : are you orderly or easy going

it says at the top there are no wrong or right answers just fill it in honestly...but obviously there are wrong and right answers and by the looks of it i am mostly the 'wrong' ones lol

for example:

a. i like being recognised for my achievements

b. i like being told that i am better then others

now i am definitely B (being the spoilt ***** i am haha)

soo should i just lie? lol

but what if once i do get the job they do find out i am bossy and argumentative lol

any help would be great!

thank you =D

  1. As it says on the top, there are no right or wrong answers. What you say helps build a picture of you. best to answer as truthfully as you can to avoid producing conflicts.

  2. Most likely, they are going to use the answers to place you in a position that you are suitable for.  If you lie, you may be placed in a job that doesn't suit you, which will make your life miserable.  There really are no wrong answers on these tests.

  3. You're undergoing a psychometric test.  They will be able to tell if you are being truthful with your answers or not by the consistency of your answers.

  4. yea

  5. Don't Lie.

Be honest, but don't give out to much information.

    Hope this helps :)

    Good Luck.
