ok i am applying for canadian student visa and i have shown sufficient funds. the problem is that i paid my first semester fee from my granddad's savings account. now his account is almost empty. but since i took the bank statement before paying the fees, it still reflects in the fund statements i showed.

is that a problem? i have already notarized the photocopies, should i get a new statement? but then i used the fund for my fees only!!

  1. You shouldn't need a new statement.  The funds you show on the statement are intended for school (that is why you had to show them) and now you have used them for the intended purpose.

Just make sure you keep the receipts to show that your first semester is paid for and  that the funds came from the account.
