Applied for naturalization. Didn't show up for fingerprint. Anything I can do?

I got the mail late. Didn't know they would send it so fast. Like 2 weeks after I had applied they sent for the fingerprint appointment and I was supposed to be there the 12th of this month. What can I do?

reschedule your appointment,  but do it fast,or your case will  be closed, and you have to pay over 500 just for reopen your case.

you have only 1 chance to reschedule your appointment.

Call and reschedule.  Was talking to a person who works at the biometrics office and he told me that because they are speeding things up this is happening a lot.
