Please help, if you can. I am trying to find the sum of force acting on a curve given a moment. The curve is the relation of F*d. I think it would be y=-x. Basically how do I find the total force acting on a line (x long) when the moment is given and is constant? I have a hunch that it will involve area under a curve and integration but what equation do i integrate? dForce? dDistance? I have checked my textbooks and they don't really cover this application. I'm a bit lost. Plz help.........
