i want to get a job which one os better sears or kohls?

All of it depends on your experience, age, and the last part includes your interaction with your co workers.

Kohl's will give you good hours during holiday season and most other times.  I'm at college and getting summer hours averaging 25 hours a week.

Kohl's starting wage is usually 25 cents higher than your states minimum wage (or federal in some states).

Kohl's associate discounts is 15% off clothing/shoes/jewlery 10% off everything else.
