Your skin looks really clear, so maybe just use a light dusting of loose powder, like L'Oreal true match (drugstores)

To show off your eyes, use an olive green liner or a chocolate brown one. Use a shimmery champagne or golden shadow on your eyelids. Curl your eyelashes and use a voluminous mascara that doesn't clump. Use a little bit of cheek stain in a light shimmery peach color, and apply with a cosmetic wedge. Finish with tanish pink lipgloss.

You are a very pretty girl with a fresh face...maybe a light foundation to even out your already smooth complexion and the nude or pink lip with light accent on the eye (dark brown eyeliner not black, & mascara) and a clean brow.....best wishes.
