Apply pretty makeup.?

I need tips on how to apply really pretty makeup im about to start school and i dont want my makeup to look to dramatic but i want it noticeable. Please help w/ any tips!? Thank you!

do a little eyeshadow, not like a drag queen, brush your eyelashes, and not too thick, but thick enough that'll make your eye look bigger, for eyeliner, try doing a thin line on the top, and a little bit thicker on the bottom, put on some lip gloss, not too much though! just enough that'll like reflect in the light

i have turquoise eyeliner and I LOVE it, it looks good on especially blue or green eyes but on most. if you have dark eyes try a little bit of purple.

apply some bath and body works lip gloss or something, t isn't dramatic but it's noticeable.

minimal is pretty.. if you can i would avoid foundation. just get yourself a pretty pink or white or whatever color eye shimmer, and a good mascara and some blush.. all i wear is blush and mascara and im 23 years old.  i use neutrogena blush.. its the kind with the brush and the blush under it.. all you do is shake it and put it on, and i use the old fashioned mascara great lashes i think its called its a pink tube with a green lid.

if you're gonna use eyeliner...

make sure it's either on the inside lines of your eye only.

or smudge it a little bit so it doesn't look too harsh.

stay away from blush.

and use concealer when needed. :]
