Applying for a British Visit Visa?

applying for a british Visit Visa, I am from Nigeria. I study now in china., I was refused twice for this visa for using scanned documents and not providing enough information.

I would love to re-apply again. I need advice on what to do this time that i intend to apply for it in a different location with enough information now.

How can you advice me?

you cannot apply from another location, there are

specific consulate that you must apply from, each district has it's own consulate,

so no way around that, and the consulates keep records on visa applications, from other districts.

scanned document are not allowed, if you have been refused twice, not sure i would still apply?

are you the one that keeps sending me emails saying you will pay me huge amounts of money for my bank info?

I hate those d**n nigerian emails
