Applying for a Chinese Visa and needs a letter attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Where can I get this?

Due to olympic its extremly hard to get chinese visas.If you do not have a company in china-its really hard.

So come after october.

You need to show a lot of cash,hotel booking,letter from your government foreign sector etc etc and its hard like going to usa these days.

Where are you from will matter a lot.If you are non american or from rich countries without  decent business and job,chances are null
