This would be easier to answer if you described the job.  Citi is a huge employer and you will find the interview styles/questions are as varied as the managers.

I've worked with them and other financial institutions for years.  Most important, use the internet to do your homework on Citi and the banking industry.  If you're going to work as a customer service person in the mortgage area.  Be able to have an intelligent conversation about today's mortgage crisis. Some of my best interviews have been those where we just had a normal conversation about a topic critical to the job.

Second, be prepared to communicate why your experience and/or education has prepared you to accomplish the tasks associated with the job you are interviewing for.

Depends on what position you have applied for as they all are different. Good communication is essential as in any role you have t corresponde  with team leader, manager etc. MAths is not really essential as the computer does most of the work. INterview will consist of scenarios of past experiences e.g how you dealth with this situation etc, when have you faced difficulties etc. knowledge of the bank could be essential etc countries it operates in, how influential they are in your town and any other general info. Be confident aswell, but not cockey.
