Applying for a provisional driving licence online?

Question

when you apply for a provisional driving licence online, do you need a photo?

do you have to send them the photo or upload it to the website or something?

it doesn't say on the website.

I think they use your passport photo

They may ask you to send them a photo by post along with your online aplication;
