is it possible to apply for immigrant visas to two different countries at the same time?Like Australia, USA for instance? What are the consequences? Can i still enjoy the immigrant privileges to these countries? or will a conflict as to my visa arise? What's the best thing to do? To go for it or just to apply to one country only?

  1. India keep your citizenship if you got USA/CANADA's imigration........

  2. USA will NOT allow you to get a green card if they know that you are intending to reside in another country.  I dont know how strict Australia is.

Also being a permanent resident in two countries requires you to live in those countries for a certain length of time. And you cannot fulfill the requirements by staying in both countries at the same time.

Eventually you will be away too long from one country and lose the residency status.

the ONLY legal thing to do is to apply to one country at a time.

  3. If found out (highly likely) both countries will ban you for life for immigration fraud. Most other countries will follow suit! You may never be allowed to leave your country again!
