Applying for job in supermarkets/shops...?

Hi

Was just wondering - do I need to hand in an application form into a shop for a job, or can I just send in my CV and say that I wish to be considered for a job?

  1. go see if they got vacancies... if not go there with your CV & ask to be considered if any jobs come up


  2. I would fill out an application form and then hand it back in to the shop.

  3. If they have a board up saying they have vacancies, do the application form - if they don't have a board up advertising vacancies, then send them in a CV.

  4. 1. Always fill in the application form -   it shows that your willing -  

    2. Its always a good idea  to go in and ask ,  will look good on you and shows that your looking and not just "sitting on your a55"

    3. Always have an up to date cv  stored as a short cut on your pc -  and have 3 -  printed of ready in a plastic onvelope....
