  1. Capital one! It was my first I got approved with no credit what so ever. You can even pick your background on your card. I got 300 to start with which is a good beginner amount. You can do an online application.

  2. Capital One is who I do my banking with.  They are great.  They have low rates and low fees.

  3. there are a couple of ways you could start building credit, you could get a small personal loan which you might need a cosigner or the best way will be getting a credit cards, you could get a credit card and use it for your every day expenses but make sure you pay in full at the end of the month that way it will show pay in full everytime the credit card company reports to the credit beuros. At the begining you will only be approved for the lower end credit cards but once you build credit in about 6-9 months you should be able to apply for a better card with better benefits such as free miles or cash back. Check out www.fastcardapprovals.com or fastcreditcardapprovals.com and go under bad credit section and you will find a few choices. Unless you are a student then apply for a student credit card this cards have no annual fee and lower rates.

  4. This is the best site that I've found because they have over 100 credit card offers from different issuers in one site. That way you can browse offers and see which card is going to offer you the best interest rate. A student card might be an option you would want to consider since you're just starting out. They also have cards recommeded by others who have responded to your question. Shop and compare.

  5. I started with Capital One, they can approve with no credit history, and if you like to payoff every month you don't have to worry about APR, look for cards with no annual fee,

  6. get one at a department store

    like target or sears

  8. Don't get on the bad side of Capital One. I hear they can be nasty. Pick a bank in your town and see if you can go through them. To get my first credit card, I went through the credit union in my hometown and they approved me and I had pretty much no credit history.
