Applying liquid eyeliner................?

do u apply liquid eyeliner to only your top lid or do u also need to apply it to ur bottom lid?

its better to use it on the top lid.coz using it for bottom makes u look overly done.instead try using kajal or eyepencil.

whatever you prefer. I do both, cause when done properly it looks real good.

its up to you tho, I normally just do the top cuz its hard to do the bottom as it liquid. but if u just do the buttom you get droppy looking eyes so always do the top! its either top and buttom or just top. cleropatra look?then go fro the top;)

on the bottom lid only looks good on some people so id have to see you- but if you put it on the bottom you should put it RIGHT on your like- bottom eyelid. not below the lashline. that always looks better:)

Top only. Applying to the bottom will look way too harsh and if not done right, will look almost gothic.

I suggest lining the top of the eye and winging it out at the end or if you want to line your entire eye, use a pencil liner, eyeshadow with liner brush or gel pot to line the bottom lid. It'll still accomplish the look you're going for, but look much smoother.
