Applying scar putty?

Question

Can you mold scar putty into the shape or design you want, have it harden then apply it to the face or does it have to be molded on the skin?

I want to go as Poison Ivy for halloween this year and want to make the leafy thing she has above her eyes....

scar putty will not maintain it's shape, body heat makes it pliable and squishy...it will end up in your eyes. I can't recommend a way to do that particular idea using makeup effects, I can only recommend using extended green eyelashes because the putty thing won't work..
