Applying to College Help

Does applying to an American college/university from another country (london,england) increase my chances of getting accepted. I'm an american citizen attending an american high school in London.

It could certainly help at colleges that don't see a lot of Western European applicants. That would eliminate top schools but the lesser known schools love internationals.
