Applying to College in Norway?

I'm planning on going to college in Norway next year, where I will be living with a close friend and attending college.

The problem is, I really know nothing about applying to college, yet alone as an international student. I've linked the admissions page for the college I'm most interested in. Is there anybody here who can help me understand what sort of steps I should be taking?
