Applying visitor visa to Canada for my mother in India?

Hi,

I am Permanent resident of Canada and I am planning to invite my mother to Canada.She is a retired teacher and now stays at home.

I was looking for some advice to prepare the documents in a way that there are less chances of rejection.

Basically,I am in my second trimester and would need her company during delivery days.

So,please suggest what kind of documents I have to prepare to invite her.

I would greatly appreciate your concern.
