Appointing DSA?

I am working for telecom company & my job responsibility is to appointing new DSA .If any one can help me out in this how to go

Dear Yojana,

DSA means " Direct Selling Agents ". They need to sell your Company products and Services for a fixed Commission.

Your Company must have already given you the minimum criteria for selecting DSA. Give advertisements in news papers and call applications from the interested parties. If your Company accepts, you can disclose your Company name in the Ad.

Filter the applications received, and select those who have experience in selling similar products and services and who are financially good. They should commit themselves to reach Company targets and adhere to your set rules and regulations. Be careful in selecting DSA,s and before forwarding your recommendations to your Boss. If something goes wrong with any DSA, then your Boss will fire you. Take care.
