    We refer to t your application  dated            for the postof                        in our organization and the interview you had with us on        .

    We are pleased to confirm your appointment for the above post subject to the following:

    This appointment will take effect from             and you should report for duty on the same date

    Your remuneration will be Rs.         p.m. and the standard perks of the company, as per enclosure.

    During the course of your employment with us, you should not take up any  position elsewhere, except with the permission of the Company.  You will not divulge any sensitive information about the company to others.

    The appointment can be terminated by giving three month`s notice on either side, in writing.
