  1. it depends on what you are doing

    i was exporting the goods

and when i quoted the dollar was some where 45.65

when i exported the dollar was 40.25

who will pay me for my losses ?

  2. Dear Mr. Sarwan,

I think you have mistaken. Actually the Indian Rupee ( INR ) is being appreciated against US Dollar ( USD ). The dollar is depreciated by nearly 3.5%.

This clearly shows that INR is in very strong position than USD. This directly indicates that Indian Economy is much stronger position than that of US.

It has got its own merits and demerits. The Exporters, who quote in USD were most affected. As they get 3.5% less in terms of Rupee gain, and similarly their profit. But the Importers will gain, as they have to pay less for each Dollar.

In general, India being a growing Country, has to Export more than what it Imports. So that it can save and build its Foreign Currency reserve, which presently crossed all time record of nearly 250 billion dollars.
