Appropriate/Dark Bribe chain?

Question

Ok here is the scenario: I have Appropriate on the field and my opponent activates a Spell/Trap and I use Dark Bribe. Will I get the extra two cards with Appropriate's effect?

no, because dark bribe is a counter trap and has a faster spell speed than appropriate, and you would miss its timing.

Appropriates effect says that whenever a card is drawn outside the draw phase, you draw two cards right? (little off on my yugioh cards) I would assume so.

yes, because sole requirement is they draw out of draw phase.  even D hero defender works with it
