I'm not really fond of the masculine karate clothes.

I was wondering if one could wear a corset, dress or skirt whilst training?

Also footwear. How abt 5 inch heels?

  1. come to Daddis fight camp in NJ naked. see ya there.

  2. At my school, we all have to wear the same uniform. I take Tae Kwon Do, and I personally think the uniforms are unisex. The only way I can make things more feminine is I have pink sparring gear, and I wrapped my Escrima sticks in pink tape. Sorry, but if you want to break an ankle, go ahead and wear heels while practicing. Don't wear them to class. If we don't wear our uniforms, it's considered disrespectful.

  3. No-no-no but at my school we occasionally have a come as you are class.  Students really find out what is a good, practical technique and one that they can do while dressed in something other than a traditional gi and in bare feet.

  4. corset is a no it keeps you from moving dress would get in your way the five inch heels they never will let you on a mat in those they would  damage it you could also easily break your ankle as for the skirt a kilt like skirt about knee length could work but wear  something underneath that you do not mind others seeing

  5. Sure you can distract your opponent with your push up bra and gouge their eyes out with your 5" heels.

Though it is good to train in everyday clothes, you can't take it to extremes like this unless your willing to ruin your new prodas.

  6. spandex!

  7. think Aikido or Kendo has that

  8. what martial art are you doing? karate? if it is karate you'll have to wear the same as everyone else.
