Question:

Appropriate gift for daughter?

My 19 yr old daughter is playing the part of "MC" at our very small intimate wedding (only 36 guests). Her and I have a very strong bond. She makes a point of calling most every day just to check in. Although I have told her that being 19 she is an adult and doesn't need to do this, I do appreciate the gesture, I think that she does it for herself more than for me... anyways.. I wanted to get her something to say thank you for her part in our wedding day and to let her know that I will always be there for her, but was wondering if you think this is ok. Too personal? Too hokey? I would have it engraved on the back "Love Mumma".

What is something else that I could put with this that would be more from the both of us? Any ideas what a 19 yr old girl would like? Also do you think that I should get something for her sister who is 22 (just married last weekend) even though she isn't in the wedding?

  1. I like the idea you chose but you can also add an earring/necklace set or a bracelet that she can wear to the wedding? Pearls? A charm bracelet?

  2. I love pocket tokens and I think your daughter will love it too! I like the idea of pairing it with some jewelry from both of you.

    Good luck and congratulations.

  3. That's nice get it. And no dont get your other daughter something... why?

  4. I think it's lovely. I'm twenty and would like it. Good luck!
