Appropriate party make-up? (i'm a complete novice, please help!)

Question

i usually wear covergirl concealer, mac eyeliner and chapstick. i feel like my eyes could appear bigger, lips could appear smaller, and i'd really like to even out my skin tone. any tips, suggestions, recommendations would be greatly appreciated. i'm 19 so it's probably appropriate for me to wear as much make-up as i want.

also, i have definite yellow undertones ... what kind of concealer should i go for?

(as for insults on the pic, well, do what you have to do. i won't be bothered)

To make your eyes appeal bigger use white eyeliner on the inside bottom lid. For fuller lips use muted tones and put a spot of lip gloss in the center to make them appear thinner.

I'm not really sure about what concealer would be best for you, but a smokey eye would look great on you for a party. You can get how to tutorials on youtube. Sephora has make how to's there. A little blush and some lip venom and you would be set.

Well a closer up look of your face would have been better, but I would change chap stick to lip gloss or lip stick.  If you go for lip stick maybe get a darker shade?  Also, *I'm no pro at this either*, but some eyeshadow would bring out your eyes, and mascara makes lashes look beautiful.

your skin looks fine

but to even out skin tones use Nuetragena Healthy Glow SPF 15 tinted moisturizer

use red lipstick from MAC

since your lips are dramatic already

concealer under your eyes and on the lids

just curl your lashes

two coats of mascara on the top lashes

1 coat on the bottom

keep peoples focus in only one of your features
