Approved Adopters Waiting for Baby?

Are there any private agencies in the UK or Europe where Expectant mums of unwanted babies can be linked with approved adopters for a fee to cover the birth mothers expenses etc. while pregnant and obviously the legal fees incurred for the adoption? I believe this happens in the USA - any help here would be of great interest.

Call a Catholic church office.  They usually have referrals to non-abortion alternatives.

yes there are... my brother and sister -in-law are one of those approves parents waiting for an adoptive baby....
