  1. Future skyscrapers in India

    The APIIC Tower is an approved building to be built in the city of Hyderabad with 100 floors (around 450m).The construction has started on 23rd July 2007 and will end in next three years. Also in the same city, Lanco is constructing the highest residential Tower in the world with more than 90 floors with hordes of 20-60 floors buildings to provide a better skyline to the city.

    Another super tall building currently under construction is the Park Hyatt Tower in Mumbai. It is set to be 301m, with a total of 85 floors.(http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread... The International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kochi, which is expected to begin construction in 2008, is slated to be 100 storeys tall. The actual height of the building is yet to be disclosed.[9]

    Also in Mumbai, Oberoi has planned to construct a 90-storey residential structure in Worli [1], which, if built, will likely be the tallest all-residential structure in all of Asia-Pacific. The project is known as Oberoi Skyz.
