1. Depends on ur car

  2. The optimum fuel consumption would be 10 miles per litre, but this would require the most economical technique. In three hours at an average of 40 mph , with no major traffic problems , you would travel 120 miles , so you would use at least 12 litres . This would be difficult to achieve , given the temptations to put pedal to metal.

  3. so many variables what car you have how fast you are going hills traffic no one can give an accurate answer to your question.

  4. Depends on the engine size and your speed. Most cars are at their most economical at about 60mph. I have a Honda Jazz 1.2 and got 63mpg out of it by keeping my speed down to about 60 mph on the motorway. i do not recommend it . most lorries seem to do about 75 mph

  5. 3 hrs of driving would cost approx 30-50 pounds

  6. Surely it depends on what speed?

  7. depends on the car

  8. You need to give Steven Hawking a buzz and ask him.

  9. If you did the entire journey at 70mph, that's 210 miles.

If your car averages 40mpg at that speed, that's 5.25 gallons.

If you're paying £4.75 per gallon, that's £25. If you are travelling slower than 70mph, you will use less fuel.

If it costs you £30-£50 to travel 210 miles, you are either driving a Ferrari or a Rolls Royce, or you have a fuel leak.
