Chelsea is an expensive part of London, so don;t think you would get away with anything less than a grand apiece. There are cheaper places to rent, but you don't get a lot for your money these days.

I would recommend Property websites like http//:www.primelocation.com, right move is above, http//:www.findaproperty.com. These are considered the big three and have the majority of the estate agents for the area. You will probably be looking at the price of a one bed flat for a studio in Chelsea.

I know of two studio's in the area at the moment and both are available for about £275-300pw, which in other areas is the starting price for a one bed.

Chelsea and south Kensington are similar prices you can get one good bedroom flat furnished for about £1400/month
