  1. At what speed.

  2. if you choose a day when it is busy with traffic..then pretty long..although it took me about 45minutes to an hour..i went in the morning...

  3. it took me barely 40-45 min.on a saturday morning, but i guess it might take a litle longer on week days.

  4. Last time I did it, a year ago, it only took me like hour and a half, but it depends on the traffic. French traffic in the highways can be h**l some days.

  5. If you know where you're going its something like 30 minutes going the legal speed limit.

Its only about 22 km from the Hotel de Ville (city hall) in Paris to the Hotel de Ville in Versailles.

  6. Can depend a lot on the time of day, which day of the week and even, if it's a holiday period. Roads around Paris can get heavily congested and can make a short trip take about 3 times longer than it should.

I would advise using the RER suburban train to get to Versailles because it will be a lot less hassle than driving - unless you really have to take a car.

When buying your ticket ask for a "Paris Visite".
