  2. It depends on what city canceled the stamp, the more historic the higher the value. I have seen them for sale at $9.95 to as high as $25. I just saw the ads and have no idea if they sold or not. They are kind of a specialty item and one needs the right buyer. Most currency collectors do not collect them. Ebay or an on line auction maybe a good bet but also if there is a coin club in your area a member may want it or know one that does. You can also check with local coin dealers.

  3.   It was to mark the first day of issue for the $2.00 bill and for some reason neither stamp or coin dealers seem to want this rather intersting item of history. I got one for my Parents, My self and Sister. It should have a value of a few dollars at least. The best way to sell it would be on E-Bay, Store it in a Mylar bill holder before shipping get it at a coin dealer, And set a min Res price that you want before opening bid. I hate .01 cent then high res auctions, just set your min. price and start the auction. it it's too high people will let you know, then relist it lower and go from there. Good luck.
