Aprilia mapping system.... HELP NEEDED?

i have just bought a powercommander and mivv exhaust system for my aprilia tuono factory (07).

i have been told i need to change the mapping?

can anyone please shed some light? i live in east sussex and am wondering where i can get it done... or at least find the info on geting it done.
